The Skirpan Funeral Home Inc. in Uniontown has 4 large and spacious visitation rooms that have been tastefully decorated to ensure comfort and serenity at the time of a loss. Designed to be flexible in their use, our visitation rooms can accomodate everything from a traditional period of visitation, to a funeral service - to a more contemporary memorial service - or to a private family service.
Three of the visitation rooms are located all in a row and are inter-connected by solid oak pocket doors. These pocket doors can be opened in between the rooms and thus, the visitation room can be opened into the next room, and so on as needed to expand the size of the visitation rooms for large crowds or funeral services. When all three of these visitation rooms' pocket doors are opened, it creates one huge, enormous room - capable of holding hundreds of people! In fact, each visitation room individually measures over 900 square feet. They are beautifully decorated with tasteful, custom draperies that run the entire length of the wall, from ceiling to floor, and are opened as necessary to display the casket and flowers with dignity and respect.
